Quran Classes

Our Quran classes are designed to help individuals of all ages deepen their understanding of the Quran. Whether you are a beginner or looking to advance your knowledge, our qualified instructors will guide you through reading, memorization, and interpretation of the Quran. We offer classes for children, youth, and adults, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to learn and grow spiritually.

Newcomer Integration Support

Moving to a new country can be challenging, and we are here to help make the transition smoother for newcomers. Our integration support services include:

  • Orientation Programs: Helping newcomers understand the Canadian way of life, including information on housing, healthcare, education, and employment.
  • Language Classes: Offering English and French language classes to help newcomers communicate effectively and integrate into the community.
  • Cultural Workshops: Providing workshops that celebrate Somaliland culture while also helping newcomers adapt to Canadian culture.
  • Mentorship Programs: Connecting newcomers with established community members who can offer guidance, support, and friendship.
Community Events and Activities

We regularly organize events and activities to bring our community together. From cultural celebrations to sports and recreational activities, there’s always something happening at the Somaliland Community Centre. These events provide an opportunity to meet new people, build connections, and celebrate our shared heritage.

Family Support Services

Our family support services aim to strengthen families and provide them with the resources they need to thrive. We offer parenting workshops, family counseling, and support groups for various family-related issues. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where families can find the help they need.

Youth Programs

We believe in empowering the next generation, and our youth programs are designed to do just that. We offer leadership development programs, career counseling, and extracurricular activities that encourage personal growth and skill development. Our youth programs are aimed at helping young people achieve their full potential.
